This week we had the pre shipping inspection of 80 ambulances out of a total of 300 units. The eight person specialist delegation – headed by Dr. Mostafa Ghonima – checked the completeness and craftsmanship of the vehicles prior to their sea transport from Hamburg to Alexandria.
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, short wheelbase, are equipped with European medical equipment according to European standard and have a special engineered conversion, suitable for super-hot countries. The special insulation technologies and heavy duty AC system with independently working AC compressors provide reliable heat protection. In addition to that the solar fan works when the solar exposure hits the outside fan surface and the AC is off.

At the beginning of October we will meet again – then the second batch of 110 units is ready for inspection.
